Not going to write a fancy paragraph praising music here, because we all know how crucial it is for our survival at this point. It is what has given us hope of betterment, been our supportive cushion through heartbreaks and has blessed us with so many great opportunities and connections, and I feel like this 'Appalling Reflects' roundup has got so many bangers which will serve the same purpose.

Appalling Reflects

First track is 'I Breathe' by EGGER, a special single released on 1st May 2026, who comes from Graz, Austria.

Making one feel a range of varied emotions, the song 'I Breathe' seems like the sound of a transition, of an alluring Future. With mysterious synthesisers, subtle yet inviting vocal tones and surprise elements of bass and drums, this is a quite refreshing moment of disco sound that needs your immediate attention.

First on the list is “Do We Love Us” By Michellar, an ALTERNATIVE POP masterpiece. Released on 17 Apr 26, based out of the United States, San Francisco

A distilled experimental EDM number, 'I Breathe', is a futuristic Techno number we need.

For our second track, we present you Trail Hawks' 'The Place Called No Way Out', hailing from Frankfort, United States, which was released on 10th February, 2026.

A subtle and heartfelt moment of storytelling, 'The Place Called No Way Out' feels like a poignant moment of relatability that hits you hard and soft. Talking about someone who's lost his addiction and stuck in loops of life, where they forget they cannot even save themselves, this track feels like a reflection of wasted potential just because people refuse to treat hardships as phases.

Second on the list is “Burn” By Solum, a DARK-POP piece that will get you moving for sure. Released on 22 Apr 26, based in England, London

Trail Hawk is a profound visionary, and his music is a carefully crafted jar of his unique experiences.

Starting a riot next with 'Fortunate Son' by Motihari Brigade, who comes from Indianapolis, United States, which was released on 15th April 2026.

Rooted in movement and liberation, 'Fortunate Son' feels like an agony against the voice of nepotism, and the classic 'rich getting rich' trope the entire world is caught up in, due to which so many people all across the world are deprived of opportunities. This is unhinged, funky and ed with nothing but fury and truth..

Third on the list is “Every Single Part Of It” By Ava Fyre, an EDM track, released on 17 Apr 26. Based out of Australia, Sydney

An experimental EDM beatscape that sounds super sci-fi inspired and funky, this is every disco's dream come true!

The fourth number is  'Cherry Wine' by Ain't No Ducks, released on 28th March 2026, from Werder, Germany.

'Cherry Wine' is a super cute moment of storytelling, and feels super reminiscent of 'Oh Bla Di Oh Bla Da' by The Beatles. Incorporating the art of narrating a story as a song, I feel like this number could really make up for a dramatic and coy skit. It's super fun.

Fourth on the list is “PSYCHE” By I.K.P., a HIP-HOP track released on 13 Feb 26, based out of the United States, Brooklyn

A fun little moment to introspect and chill down, 'Cherry Wine' is the kind of song one would play while camping on the mountains.

And we wrap up this roundup with '(Digital) Assets' by Bryanna Rain, which originates from Richmond, United States and will be released on 22nd May,2026.

Bryanna Rain isn't just a curator, she's an ethereal angelic creation and a creative maestro who's blessing us with vibes and lots of inspiration every number.
