Smooth as a Tile: Al Shalliker's 'Oh Felicity' makes you skip a beat

Hailing from the city of Plymouth in England, Al Shalliker is an Alt-Folk, singer-songwriter, and musician developing significantly as a solo artist since his 2021 debut solo album 'Silver Linings.' The lead songwriter for Plymouth band Watershed, who were magnificent live performers nationwide over more than 20 years, Al has now chosen a different path of pursuing sound as a solo artist. Heavily influenced by reggae and soul with Watershed, and now with his own musical approach, Al's sonic sense is sculpted with versatility and diversity.

Resonating and Refreshing: Al Shalliker's 'Oh Felicity' is stripped back to just guitars, bass, and harmonica, proving Al's recording style now is more refined.

Working again with just two of his oldest musical friends, Al Shalliker releases his long-awaited album 'The Diamond Hill' - sheltering the track 'Oh Felicity.' This track is a record of real depth and quality, showcasing the artist's musical prowess, a song drawing on the sights and sounds, and the memories brought back from Connemara and the coast of County Galway, Ireland.
