The electronic and classical musical master, Geo Chandler has recently released a string version of his track “Drift.” The Edinburgh-based artist is known for playing various instruments, as well as producing and composing music for various genres. His compositions are mainly serene, calm, and sometimes haunting in nature. He takes inspiration from artists like Kiasmos, Jon Hopkins, Nils Frahm, Burial, Ross From Friends, and impressionist composers such as Debussy and Ravel.

“Drift” - Strings has a dark aura with the classical and electronica touch of Geo Chandler’s music.
“Drift” is the third and final release from Geo’s upcoming album, “Unravel.” It’s a haunting and immersive track that pulls you into the sea of emotions. But the isolated strings version takes your emotions through a dark, dense forest, where you can listen to every beat clearly. Written, performed, recorded and mixed by Geo Chandler, and enhanced by Anna Keary’s beautiful violin performance, the strings version of “Drift” is one of the best releases on the album.
