Alaska-based artist Zach Adams has dropped their debut album. Zach is an independent artist who blends the art of storytelling and composition. Their experimental take on telling stories through immersive soundscapes makes them a standout artist. Most of Zach’s songs have a geographical impression of Alaska, capturing the raw and wild beauty of the place. Their songs are an authentic artistic expression of nature’s beauty, forged in foggy winters, sunny summers, and mystic rains, with a compelling musical portrayal. Most of their songs are self-produced by them, allowing them to take the track to their own vision.

As haunting as it may be, “Dead Man Walking” is a powerful album that embodies both chaos and creativity.
Their debut album, “Dead Man Walking,” is also solely produced by them. It’s a progressive rock album inspired by their own horror/fantasy novel with the same name. The very first track, “Dead Man Walking - Final MIX,” creates an energetic atmosphere that sets the stage for a fearless collection. The textured guitar riffs and captivating vocals build intense anticipation. “...When Wishing Still Helped One” is a track that starts on a fierce note with grungy guitar riffs and culminates as a fulfilling track.
“Drown” neutralizes the ferocious mood with its ambient yet immersive soundscape that talks about the dance of fear. This track leads you into “They Want You to be Afraid,” which speaks of facing the fears. The eerie vibes, combined with the playful nature of the music transform the mood into a cinematic experience. “Petrichorus” reminds you of the smell of the first rain with its earthy textures and rhythmic beats. The nostalgia hits hard with an engaging vocal delivery. The album continues with tracks like “Becoming Hollow,” “The House Always Wins,” “Apocalypsis,” which talk about hope and power with captivating beats and strong lyricism.
