“Irjentwat is' immer” captures everyday ups and downs of life through a light-hearted, humorous lens. The track celebrates resilience, turning life’s chaos into something cheerful and relatable. The upbeat rhythm, blending blues and folk influences, makes it an introspective yet groovy song. It’s the kind of tune that uplifts, reminding listeners to take life lightly.

With humour, heart, and upbeat groove, Svarp The Harp reminds us that life’s little troubles sound better when sung with a smile.

We also got a chance to interview Svarp The Harp. Here is a walk through to the lovely conversation with the man himself.

1. You’ve been part of multiple bands since 1997 — how has your musical journey evolved through these phases?

The main thing is that I learned the practice from older professional musicians, and I played with it all these years long.

2. How did the name “Svarp The Harp” come about?

This is a nice story, but I will tell you when we meet someday. ;-))

3. You describe yourself as a “simple worker who loves making music.” How does that outlook influence your art?

My songs are easy!

4. What inspired this song’s message about life’s ups and downs?

Life itself.

5. Can you walk us through your songwriting process for this track?

That was a little birthday gig, and I just improvised — and so the main part of this song was born. Later, I added some more lyrics, and the song was ready.

6. The song carries humor and positivity — was that a deliberate choice from the start?

Yes, it was! Because I like and want party vibes at gigs. I like to have fun at party gigs.

7. How did you craft the balance between the introspective lyrics and the upbeat music?

I was not searching. I just played and sang. I do not think about balance.

8. What genres or artists have influenced your sound the most?

I think that is Blues. Blues is my main influence, and then comes Rock ’n’ Roll, Rock, Funk, and Country. The music I listened to when I grew up as a child and teenager was the music of CCR from John Fogerty, because my father heard this daily. Later, I listened to Blues like John Lee Hooker, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Jonny Lang, and the Blues Brothers, for example. And some more. I also listened a lot to the Blues music of the East German musician Stefan Diestelmann.

9. How do you want listeners to feel when they hear your music? How do you keep your music fresh after so many years of making it?

Maybe we get older, but not the music. ;-))

10. What can fans expect next from Svarp The Harp — any upcoming releases or collaborations?

I want to be more live again in the next time and years. So check my social media to see what happens.
