Piano Pixie Dust Sprayed on Emotionally Charged & Vibrant Backdrops- this is what Nick Pike's 'Ayloradia' Sounds like!

A neo-classical visionary hailing from England, Nick is a London-based producer, a multi-instrumentalist and educator who has multiple accolades behind his name. Known for his prowess and lush harmonic visions that draws its roots from the work of legends like Yiruma, Alexis Ffrench and Nils Frahm, to name a few, his music is widely regarded and played across the world. An artist who follows his passion for piano-led music, he has a strong foot in other genres too, like jazz, soul groove and pop, to name a few. Without any further ado, let's witness what this project is about!

Ayloradia isn't just an album; it's a surreal daydream of highs and lows you wouldn't want to wake up from.

We start this divinely guided project with the title track. A piano plays full of romance and live strings and percussion, and this feels like a trailer for the album. 'Elderflower ' is a soft and supple tune that embraces the beauty and cycles of life, depicting a sense of dreamy transformation and change of timelines. While 'Pariah Dance' is a spontaneously building piano multiverse of endless possibilities, it has a modern touch to it. Expanding the energy realms of the previous track but with a sense of mystery, this feels like a retrospective air of suspense and drama but in the most beautiful way possible.

'Into Dust' and 'Willow's Theme' build upon a sense of calm, like how the sun emerges from the clouds. Intriguing, deeply passionate and aspirational, these tracks are literally what an escape sounds like. A much more mellow version of the previous sonic duo, 'Caladrius' is full of unexpectedly magical sonic turns. 'Larkspur', however, induces an element of regret and deep-felt emotional unease that troubles you, inducing a sense of empathy. However, out of all the tracks, 'RiastriX End' stands out the most for its playful and coy music. A celebratory sonic vision that sounds like magnificence and grandeur; this is powerful. 'Cassian Rising ' however, is a colourful burst of an album and by far the most adored track by the listeners. A euphoric cello moment that is a reflective journey of birth, which Pike experiences as his wife gave birth to his first child; this is not just uplifting but extremely precious to Pike. Overall, I'm blown away by how gorgeously composed the entire album is.
