Codemachia has released a full-length album titled “Gladius Æternus,” once again surprising everybody. Designed by Frédéric Magnin, Codemachia is a science-fiction universe of narratives and musicality that explores every fragment of society in its tiniest detail. Born from a deep exploration of themes such as artificial intelligence, collective memory, and the nature of consciousness, this post-apocalyptic saga unfolds across multiple platforms to offer an immersive and coherent experience for visitors. It spans novels, short stories, musical compositions, and Codex fragments, inviting the world to explore the deepest nuances through innovative mediums. Their musical section proves to be one of the most immersive experiences, with compositions based on varied topics.

Codemachia’s “Gladius Æternus” is a track that feels otherworldly, transporting you into an unknown musical dimension.
Their new release “Gladius Æternus” is yet another layer of Codemachia’s world. The album, consisting of fourteen songs, explores the struggles of Yusuf, the ghost who refuses to be erased. The opening track, “Awakening in the Ashes,” marks the birth of Yusuf from the ruins of Tombouctou-Ash. Somber yet powerful tunes signify the rebirth of a hero who is destined to rule. “The Well of Tears,” with its sorrowful synths, captures the pain of those who have lost everything. “The Wall of Lies” exposes the system’s deceit with pounding beats and sharp tones.
The “Astou’s First Fall" lets you experience futuristic sound design, blending sci-fi imagery with experimental electronic textures. The rebellion of systems against their divine creators is brought to life in “Dance of Broken Circuits,” with glitch-heavy beats and industrial grooves. Meanwhile, “Shadow Warrior,” with its dark and elusive composition, talks about the secret thread behind our fate, while “Hathor’s Lullaby” is another instrumental track that explores the fragile boundary between technology and humanity. With other songs like, “The Convergence, “Khortum Fever,” We Are the Glitch,” Poisoned Victory,” and the title track "Gladius Æternus, ” this album is a sonic explosion within the minds of listeners.
