Exploding Extortion: 'Don't Look Back' brings you more than just energy

Bearbonez

Rising from the streets of Rohnert Park, US, Bearbonez is an awesomely talented union of California-based songwriter and producer Kyle Hilmoe breaking the unsaid rule of staying inside one genre. "I grew up admiring David Bowie and Beck for their ability to pull off these dramatic shifts in sound album to album," states the artist, disclosing the goals for their project. Possessing an inbound love for the 80s Rock, Bearbonez always sprinkles a rocky topping on their sonic delicacies.

With each new track, with each new note and bar, this duo switches the pattern of their music, completely different from the previous one, sculpting a creation that boggles your mind.

Drawing inspiration from 'Just What I Needed' by The Cars, and The Psychedelic Furs for influencing the structure, Bearbonez releases their latest single 'Don't Look Back', an art piece carved with the essence of 80s rock paired with modern production.“I really wanted to explore the synthesizer on this song. I love how in the 80s, the synths were more of a backbone to the music than the drums were at times", says Kyle conveying the story behind the magnificent progressions of the synth-infused in this awe-inspiring innovation.
