A group that describes their sound as Nostalgic Gaze and Desert Rock, Tár is a refined new rock collective of creative geniuses that hails from Szczecin, Poland. As a part of the group, we have Tomasz Jackowski leading the vocals, Krzysztof Boboryko on the guitars, Robert Lachendro with his pulsating bass and Daniel Nowakowski matching the terror with drums. To double down on the gritty and grainy texture of the early 2000s signature rock sound with their own unique twist, their sound is an authentic mix of crushing riffs and melodic vulnerability, almost paying homage to their core influencers like the Queens of the Stone Age, Deftones and Truckfighters, to name a few.

A journey of dark and distorted retrospect, this is a narrative that is refreshing and full of intensely pulsating electric rock sound.
'A Course For Home', the track that gets us into the daunting melody escapes of this rock album, this is dramatic, narrative and full of feelings of dilemma and paranoia, and the electric guitar powering through just adds an extra oomph to it. 'Black Lights' deviates from the dark depths of the previous track and feels comparatively mellow and distorted. Instilling a sense of nostalgia, this is pure and beautiful and driven by metaphors.
'Neon Blood', however, amplifies the punk rock energy more than any other track. Loud, chaotic yet methodically divine electric guitar placements on this one give it a unique chilliness that'll feel like a rush of adrenaline down your spine. Lastly, we end this journey of escapism with a track that embodies it, 'Anatomy of Letting Go'. This is slow, mellower than anything there, with faded vocals that give listeners a sense of mystery and storytelling nuance. Overall, this album, despite only having 4 tracks, touches upon multiple layers of rock music in a super refreshing way.
